No matter how much I wanted to get fit or eat better or learn a language (or whatever it was!)
There were so many times where I would say “I’m tired of looking or feeling this way - from now on everything will be different!”
I would buy a book and some new clothes and sign up for a 30-day challenge, then go to the grocery store and pick up a bunch of “healthy food”. (Half of which I ended up composting.)
I’d make all sorts of promises to myself that I would finally “do this thing”. Then I’d feel overwhelmed, I’d skip one day or straight up forget, and it would all fall apart - straight back to my old habits.
Despite what I had said to myself or how badly I thought I wanted the thing, I’d just stop. I couldn’t figure out what had happened, I was left feeling confused and disappointed.
Then I would beat myself up for not having the motivation or willpower, for not being able to do this simple thing that other people could do. I’d feel hopeless, like I would be stuck this way forever.
Then the cycle would repeat again, and again.
Fitness, food, personal growth should be positive experiences, not just something to beat myself up about!
That’s what led me to getting a personal trainer, then becoming a trainer myself.
It’s what led me to years of courses and books and trial-and-error.
And it’s what led me to creating this 16-week online program, The Mind/Body Overwhelm Solution!
My frustration and desire to understand why I couldn’t follow through despite my best intentions, along with a little luck, is what allowed me to find the keys to my own success.

No more all-or-nothing, we'll focus on weekly changes you can make to areas like mindset, time management, diet, sleep, and more. Our goal is to set you up for success and focus on what you CAN do.
You'll get access to the private facebook group so you can ask questions any time and connect with other women who are on a similar journey.

Absolutely! I currently offer "grads" access to continued coaching for $150/month. This includes access to the facebook group, weekly coaching calls, and our monthly 30-minute private call - it's a great value!
Don't worry, there are no exams! You have lifetime access to the content as well as the option of continuing with the monthly coaching program. Nearly everyone can get through all the content within the 16 weeks though, the lessons are pretty concise. :)

I do not, and here's why: If a self-study program was we needed, the internet would have solved all of our problems a long time ago because it is OVERFLOWING with free content and all the knowledge you can possibly imagine! (And then some.)
