The clear lakes and hills made of red granite and white quartzite will leave you feeling thoroughly refreshed and back in sync, and I'm confident it will become one of your favourite places too!

NOTE: If the ongoing COVID situation means that we cannot run safely, the retreat will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded 100%, no problems.

This is a women's retreat.
No camping, paddling, or yoga skill needed.
Ability to hike on uneven, rocky, and moderately hilly trails recommended.
Cost
Early bird: $825 /person
(Deposit paid before May 1st.)
Regular: $875 /person
$200 Deposit required to save your spot.
Remainder to be paid by Aug. 1st.
All rooms are shared.
Price includes tax + all equipment and supplies.
Getting there is up to you, with carpool options available.

Erin has owned Hybrid Hair And Detox Spa in Waterloo for 11 years, which is where I originally met her, and our paths just kept crossing. Offering eco-friendly, guilt-free care is her passion, including for hair and skin, energy treatments, holistic life coaching, and yoga. (She cuts my hair and delights my heart!)
Awareness of the connection between mind, body, and spirit is at the core of Erin's entrepreneurial inspiration, and she thrives when helping others along the path to power. Each experience with Erin is intuitively lead and deeply connective, when you're with her you'll know that you are unconditionally loved and supported.
The ability to walk on uneven, rocky trails is recommended. Aside from that, anyone can come! The yoga, hiking, and paddling are for beginners so you don't need to be a pro in any of these areas, we'll teach you what you need to know.
You can participate as much as you like, so if you want to come for most and skip the hike or anything else that's no problem.
If you have any mobility concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out! :)
Due to the layout of the cabins we cannot provide private rooms, but there are private dressing areas in each cabin, as well as plenty of space between the beds so you're not all crammed in like summer camp.
We'll do our best to make sure friends can bunk in the same room, and if you have any concerns please feel free to reach out!
The black flies are gone by this time of year, and there aren't many mosquitoes at the Avalon due to it's great location. If you tend to get eaten, of course we recommend spray for yourself.
Heck yeah! Either Erin or myself will happily put aside 15-20 minute to make sure each person gets a little one-on-one time if that's what you'd like. (It's also not a required component, so no worries if it's not your jam.)
We provide all the equipment and food you'll need, so you just need to bring your personal belongings.
We'll send you a comprehensive packing list before the trip, and we always bring a few extra things, so you'll be well prepared.
