There are options for non-members, and I've provided some basic info for memberships if you'd like to take advantage of the amazing facility. Guest fee rate is: $5 for 30 minute sessions, $10 for 60 minute sessions, and $15 if you just want to come in and use the gym for the day without a trainer. There is no fee for an initial free meet and greet or a tour!

Not at this time, as the facility at Weber Street is world-class and frankly my work at the gym keeps me busy enough! I do however accept limited online coaching and occasionally volunteer or run programs with schools or local community organizations. Make sure you're subscribed to my newsletter so you know what's happening and contact me if you'd like to set something up!
Two major reasons. Firstly to keep folks accountable and committed to their schedule, as money is a powerful motivator and to get the results you want takes consistency. Secondly, if someone disappears for months or years at a time then comes back and wants to use the sessions, there's no guarantee that I'll be able to accommodate that person in my schedule as I can't keep a time spot open indefinitely.
Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
Each payment 'releases' sessions to you - so if you train 3x/week and make a payment, you'll get 6 sessions 'released'. 20 weeks from that payment, those sessions expire. When your next payment comes out, you've got 20 weeks to use those new 6 sessions. Your first payment is made in-club using credit or debit, and the future payments come out of the same account as your GoodLife membership.
