My teaching style is influenced by hatha yoga practices, as well as contemporary techniques I have learned during my years as a personal trainer.
There are lots of options for everyone, and my classes are the perfect place for beginners or experienced students looking for a deeper understanding of the postures and their bodies.

Cost is $10 per class, and half goes to a different charity each month. (Over $430 donated so far!)

My group classes adapt to your needs, whether it's gaining strength, losing weight, experiencing or less pain.
Within each workout you will find low-impact and joint-friendly alternatives, as well as challenging progressions for anyone looking to crank it up a notch.
Small group training is also an excellent way to try something new!
Class sizes are kept small so you get the one-on-one feedback of a personal trainer, with all the energy and affordability a group.
