Come for a blend of movement that includes inspiration from my years as a yoga teacher, facial stretch therapist, strength coach, and mindfulness student.
My teaching style is influenced by Hatha yoga and enhanced by contemporary techniques for building strength and stability.
There are lots of options for almost everyone, and my classes are the perfect place for beginners or experienced students looking for a deeper understanding of the postures and their bodies.
