No matter what your goals are, I’m committed to making this your best year yet!


I’m also all about the real stuff. 

  • Losing weight can mean having more energy and feeling more confident at work or while out with friends, 
  • Getting stronger could help you pick up your kids or encourage you to book that adventure vacation, 
  • Being more flexible can relax pain from tightness and stress, and help you sleep better.

  • Struggled to find the motivation to get to the gym
  • Started and stopped fitness and diet routines in the past
  • Felt overwhelmed or intimidated by all the different advice out there

  • Wished you had someone to guide you and keep you on track...


Then you’re ready for personal training!


You do not need to be fit or have gym experience, or even specific goals. All you need is to want to feel better, and we’ll work out the rest together.


When you train with me, I promise to:

  • Create a plan that is customized to your individual needs.
  • Hold you accountable to your workout schedule, homework, and lifestyle changes.
  • Motivate you to work hard and challenge your limits, but always within your capacity.
  • Provide you with the knowledge you need to be successful in the future.
  • Be encouraging, compassionate, and tough.
  • Occasionally tell terrible puns. ;)


To build a workout plan that’s perfect for you (and your budget) we’ll need to meet in person to talk about your goals and see how your body moves. This initial 45-minute appointment is on me, and if we decide that we’re a good fit we can start training ASAP!
