You do not need to be fit or have gym experience, or even specific goals. All you need is to want to feel better, and we’ll work out the rest together.


To get started, book a Motivation Breakthrough appointment.

We'll spend time clarifying your goals and motivation to make sure we're on the same page, tackle your questions, then set up a customized success strategy. You'll end up with a plan for the future and at least one actionable task you can start to work on right away!


We can meet via Zoom, on the phone, or we can organize an in-person meet up at the gym.


Then if you think "heck yeah, I like what you do!", we can talk about your options for working with me moving forward. No sales-y pitches (I hate those too,) just a conversation and some information with zero obligation to sign up.

A little more about training with me..

Why did I become a personal trainer?

Because I love to connect people with empowering ideas and skills so they can feel grounded, confident, and capable!


I do not believe in fitness solely for its own sake, but rather as a way for us to more thoroughly enjoy everything that happens outside of the gym.


For me, working out has been a helpful tool that has allowed me to take better advantage of everything in my life, from my work to personal relationships to my favourite activities and most important life goals.


If all you want is six-pack abs, I may not be your person. But if you want to improve your physical AND mental well-being, I'd love to work with you!

What's my methodology?

I work with the body, instead of fighting against it!


Your goals may include losing weight, gaining muscle, getting stronger, becoming more flexible balanced, or healing pain and injuries.


You may want more self-confidence, better energy and stamina, to relieve stress or pain, to sleep better, to feel at-home in your body, to feel sexy, or to age well.


All of these things can be achieved by learning how to listen to what the body needs in order to make these goals happen, instead of just demanding that it change and getting frustrated when it doesn't happen the way you want.


This isn't just some hippy-dippy philosophy, this is the reality that the fitness industry constantly ignores and it causes a lot of injuries and disappointment!


We all have an incredible mind/body connection and through working out we can strengthen that connection and unleash our full potential, no matter what that looks like for you!

What does training with me include?

  •  Building a strong foundation and understanding the 7 Primal Movements (they're like the primary colours for painting - they make up every exercise you'll ever do!)


  • Progressive Adaptation - gradually layering on successes instead of going all-or-nothing and getting overwhelmed or injured.


  • Accountability - advance scheduling to keep you on track and weekly check-ins to stay on track and make sure we're doing the right things!


  • Customized workout plans that suits YOUR body and goals.


  • Coaching that challenges you to grow with some tough-love and is respectful of boundaries.


  • Mindfulness training that helps you find your motivation and keep it going strong!


  • Occasional silly jokes and puns. ;)
