Most of us have bounced up and down these stages more than once, and it can be super frustrating to feel like things will never stick! MI is great at helping folks learn from previous relapses, so that the changes we make moving forward are sustainable and relapse-resistant.
We'll take a deep dive into your personal reasons for wanting to achieve your goals, what's held you back so far plus possible future challenges, then develop a plan that meets you were you're at and grows with you.
Best of all, it will be YOU that makes things happen! While I may have the skills to help us get going, you will be in the captain's chair the whole way, gaining the experience you'll need for future success too.
Folks typically need between 2-4 sessions to set up a strong foundation, and you decide how much support you'd like along the way.
