If you feel like you're either born with fitness ability or not, I encourage you to read read on. I may "have it together" now, but let me tell you - it wasn't always that way!
I was NOT a fit or confident kid, teenager, or young adult. I went through endless cycles of starting and stopping diets, workouts, courses, habits, you name it - all in a desperate attempt to feel better about myself.
I would make big promises, then fail to keep them. If there was a prize for having the most partially-filled journals and abandoned goals, I would be on the podium for sure.
It's taken me years of trial and error, but I realized I wasn't broken, I was just overwhelming myself with too many goals and not enough support! Once I figured that out, I began to learn how to stay motivated, avoid overwhelm, and see the results that I've wanted for so long. I now love my version of fitness and health!
What if I told you that all workouts, even the most complex, are remixes of 7 foundational movements, and that mastering those can solve a lot of the injury and accountability problems around fitness?

Too often, our modern daily routines do not include all (or even most!) of these essential movements. If you don't use it you lose it, and like forgetting how to play an instrument or speak a second language, they become a struggle.
When we lose our ability to do these movements with ease, we also lose confidence with exercise in general and tend to avoid it. That leads to yet more tightness and weakness in all the spots we don't want it, which makes it even less likely that we'll exercise.
It's a terrible feedback loop to be stuck in, but it's common.
Even when we want to work out and improve our physical health, we are often overwhelmed by excessively complicated routines made by people who want you to think they've discovered some magic secret.
We then get the message that our lack of ability to follow-through is because something about us sucks. (Spoiler: we don't suck, but capitalism and the patriarchy sure do!)

There are 12 spots available for the program, which keeps things relaxed and allows for each person to get a good amount of time for questions and feedback.

Don't worry, there are no exams! You have lifetime access to the content, as well as the ability to choose more coaching. Nearly everyone can get through all the content within the 14 weeks though, the lessons are pretty concise.

How do I sign up?
Through my client management software, Practice Better. Once you enter all of the required info in the intake section, you'll pay using a credit card.
If you would rather pay by e-transfer, email me and we can work it out.
How do the payments work?
If it's the self-study program there is just the one payment of the full fee.
If it's the group program, there is a deposit to save your spot and gain access to the group hub, plus two payments that come out on the start date and then 4 weeks later. You can also pay in full, just let me know via email and I can set that up.
For the self-study program, how does the refund period work?
You'll have two weeks to review the content of the first three sections. By that point you'll know how I work and if you like my style, and if you decide I'm not your jam you just email me before the two week trial period is up.
For the group study program, how does the refund period work?
When you pay your deposit, you'll gain access to the group hub but not the content itself until day one of the program. The 14 day period starts from the time you gain access to the content.
If you purchased the content separately and joined the group later, the refund periods apply separately. That means that if you have access to the content for more than 14 days you may not receive a refund on that component, but you may on the group portion. Refund fees are not adjusted.
