I used to be a quitter - fitness and health routines, hobbies, you name it. I had next to no self-confidence or motivation, I procrastinated on almost everything, and was jealous of people who had what I wanted.
I met the right people at the right time though! With some perseverance and lucky breaks, I now love who I am and feel incredibly passionate about helping others feel their best too!
