(And Other Sensitive Folks)
Whether or not you attend the live walkthrough, you'll still have one of my favourite resources for personalizing your goals and reasons for staying motivated.
More details below.
We’ve all been there: frustrated by our lack of progress and willpower, we promise that THIS TIME will be different!
We get motivated, make all kinds of preparations, but the fire quickly fizzles. This repeated failure sucks a lot. But let me say this loud and clear: it's not our fault!
I know that sounds like a cop-out, but the reality is that we’ve been misled about what progress really requires. The typical person giving advice is an easily motivated extravert who doesn't know what it feels like to struggle. Our problems are mostly theoretical to them, and so they don’t know how to teach the stuff that’s important to us.
“Just Do It” is NOT helpful for sensitive people who need to both think and feel their way through a challenge.
I want to share the successful strategies I learned as an introvert in an extraverted industry.
Way beyond the outdated "SMART" model, we'll look at how to clarify goals so they fully describe what you want to achieve.
Learn about research-backed psychological interventions that are designed to bring out inner strength and foster motivation.
We'll cut complexity and overwhelm from your plan and create sustainable actions that will grow as your capacity increases.
